Community Partners of Strafford County

Community Partners of Strafford County, NH proudly supports individuals with developmental disabilities and their families as the region’s designated Area Agency, provider of case management and developmental services. We also serve as the Community Mental Health Center for Strafford County and operate as the Aging and Disability Resource Center for both Strafford and Rockingham Counties. Through our Southeastern New Hampshire Alcohol & Drug Abuse Services (SENHS) division, we also provide substance use disorder treatment, recovery supports, and counseling to adults across New Hampshire. Our programs offer person-centered solutions across the lifespan, empowering individuals to live full and meaningful lives.
