Economic Council Helping Others (ECHO) Inc. of New Mexico provides resources and education to individuals and families on their journey to improve their lives. ECHO Food Bank provides food boxes to the community; ECHO Emergency Programs offer a variety of emergency assistance programs (rental, utility, and thrive kits); and ECHO Preschool provides affordable childcare to residents of San Juan County, NM. ECHO Inc. is one of five Community Action Agencies* (CAA) in New Mexico. Community Action Agencies provide access to opportunities and resources for children, families, and communities in crisis, ultimately achieving long-term economic self-sufficiency.
