Before you start
- Open the relevant published drive or fundraising page.
Step 1
Find the donation form
Open a monetary drive or the monetary donation section of an eligible item drive.
Step 2
Choose an amount
Choose a suggested amount or enter a custom amount. The Donate button becomes available after a valid amount is selected.
Step 3
Enter donor information
Choose Donate to open Complete Your Donation. Review the Order Summary, then enter the required donor, billing, and payment information.
Step 4
Review the total
Read the amount and any applicable charges displayed before paying.
Step 5
Complete and confirm
Submit payment once and retain the confirmation.
What happens next
The monetary gift is confirmed against the selected drive.
Troubleshooting
- A drive may not have monetary giving enabled.
- The organization may need to finish payout setup before monetary donations are available.
